On February 28th, Caring Partners and four other Care Management Organizations—Tri County CMO, Coordinated Family Care, Families and Community Together, and Capitol County Children’s Collaborative—hosted a Legislative Breakfast. Patrick, who successfully transitioned from Caring Partners' services, wowed us with his speech. He highlighted how effective the wraparound approach can be when the team works together.
