The Spotlight Award recognizes outstanding employees who show exemplary individual achievement, contribution, and performance in their positions. Caring Partners is proud to announce that the next Spotlight Award recipient is Lauren McCarthy.
Lauren has been a Care Manager with Caring Partners since May of 2020. She has demonstrated a great ability to think quickly and adapt creatively, which helps her manage crises effectively. Lauren excels at identifying and linking families to community resources, ensuring that families are aware of programs that may benefit their success. She is adept at engaging the families and Child and Family Team members in the wraparound process.
Lauren goes above and beyond to help families obtain the necessary tools to assist them in reaching their goals. Her positive attitude and ability to view every situation as a means for growth make her a tremendous asset to Caring Partners and to the families she serves.
