Caring Partners of Morris/Sussex, Inc. is a non-profit Care Management Organization (CMO) serving youth up to age 21 and their families in Morris and Sussex counties. As part of New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC), we provide supports to children and young adults with emotional, behavioral, substance use, and intellectual/developmental disabilities. Through CSOC, we have access to funding aimed at developing new resources or expanding current programs.
We are currently seeking proposals from community organizations to create or expand programs that promote the well-being, safety, and health of youth with these needs in Morris and Sussex counties.
A one-time total of $67,697.00 (less can be requested) is available to fund one or more programs. This funding must be used between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027. Proposals will be evaluated by a committee made up of community members from Morris and Sussex counties. Award decisions are contingent on the availability of State funding and will be made at the discretion of the Children’s System of Care (CSOC).
The deadline for submission of proposals is Monday, January 5th at 12pm
Caring Partners will be hosting two virtual RFP overview and Q&A sessions to answer any questions regarding the RFP. Attendance is not required but strongly suggested.
